The Answer is You classes taught by the renowned Kim Stanwood Terranova, a licensed practitioner from The Agape International Spiritual Center. Our partnership with Giovanni Bartolomeo from Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Experience brings Rythmia alumni a unique and transformative breathwork experience. These exercises will transport you back to our maloca, creating a space for entering expanded states of awareness to release negative energies and cleanse the spirit.

Ben Decker

Ben Decker is the full-time Rythmia Integration Coach, overseeing Rythmia's classes, training our teachers, and supporting guests on an individual basis before and after their plant medicine experience. He is perhaps best known as the author of four bestselling books on meditation and has shared his love of meditation with thousands. In 2012 he co-founded Full Circle spiritual center in Venice Beach, California, and is one of the founding meditation teachers at Los Angeles's Unplug Meditation Center. His formal training includes seminary, hypnotherapy, yoga, breathwork, and grief counseling certifications. Private coaching sessions with Ben can include the use of various modalities designed to help you maintain, deepen, and strengthen your Rythmia miracle.

John Jacob Mubarak

John Jacob is a passionate advocate for holistic healing and has been a Teacher in Residence at Rythmia since 2017. He is an Author, Founder of Sacred Truth Tours, Agape Licensed Spiritual Psychologist, and Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator. John Jacob is dedicated to sharing the Rythmia and Agape Universal Principles to help you continue your healing process and unlock your Infinite Potential, so you may discover your interconnectedness with the divine and all of life.

Duane Marino

The first step in personal growth is self evaluation. Look around—who seems to have it all? Mental congruence, physical vitality, emotional vibrancy, spiritual connection, financial control, debt management, knowledge pursuit, skill growth, personal fulfillment, social responsibility…Rate yourself honestly out of 10 in each area. What’s your total score out of 100? Are you over 80%? If not, raise the bar! The Titans never stop growing, and some rooms always need painting.

Having embarked on her own transformative journey with plant medicine at Rythmia—one that helped heal her autoimmune condition and bring new meaning to her past traumas—Marta is honored to be a member of the Rythmia family, serving as the Program Director and Integration Coach. With a strong background in business coaching and leadership training, Marta assists individuals and corporate leaders in navigating triggers and trauma, fostering self-authorship and authenticity. Marta is also trained in IFS therapy, specializing in trauma, addictions, and eating disorders.

Jeff McNairy

Jeff McNairy has been working in the healthcare field for 25 years and has seen the struggle individuals have when trying to heal. The current Western system of healthcare is deficient in healing the population. It is more concerned with managing symptoms and using external sources for “change.” Through Jeff’s intense experience with the most vulnerable patient populations (addiction, acute mental health, and trauma), he has seen that only real healing can come from within.

How soon can I access the RLife App?

You can start the 4-week RLife Preparation Module as early as 35 days before your trip to Rythmia. We’ll send you your login information by email when it’s time to log in.

Then, a few days after your Rythmia visit, the 13-week integration module will automatically unlock, so you can begin grounding your insights while the experience is still fresh.

I purchased a subscription to the original RLife aftercare. How does this impact me?

Does this replace my current service?

Your current service will be available for one year from the date of purchase. Until then, you may choose to use your current service, switch to the new app if you’ve already received your username and password by email or use both! After, you will be required to log into the new RLife app.
Can I use the same username and password?

A different username and password has been created for the new RLife app.
Can I continue to use my original app?

Yes, you may continue to use the original RLife app until one year from the date of its purchase.

How long are the videos? Exercises? How much time do I need to spend on that weekly?

Videos range from 4 minutes to 45 minutes in length. Overall, your weekly integration should take less than one hour. Want more? Access unlocked classes at any time. With RLife and a mobile phone, your favorite meditation or breathwork is only a click away.

How do I log in?

Click here to login using your username and password sent to you by email. If you cannot remember your login credentials, click Reset Password. If you are unable to reset your password, please contact us at rlifesupport@rythmia.com.

Why can’t I toggle between the Preparation and Integration modules?

If you don’t see the option to switch between modules, first confirm you’re using the RLife App (not the Rythmia app) and that you’ve downloaded the latest version from the app store. The Preparation module becomes available 35 days before your Rythmia check-in date, so you’ll only see it once you’re within that timeframe.

Why is integration important?

Integration is essential for allowing the healing and insights experienced during your Ayahuasca medicine ceremonies to take hold. It's the vital process of weaving the insights, breakthroughs, and newfound wisdom into the fabric of your everyday life. RLife has been thoughtfully developed by leaders in the space to be your compass, your guide and your companion, helping you navigate the profound changes that your Rythmia experience has ignited within you. Remember, integration is not just a destination but a continuous process. The work you completed at Rythmia is very deep, and integration is a powerful way to further enhance and strengthen your learnings and reflections. The spirit of Ayahuasca will continue to be a presence in your life if you continue the dialogue.
